Join us for a deeply restorative Sound Bath on October 23rd. An immersive experience designed to soothe the nervous system and quiet the mind.
The session will begin with a brief introduction, followed by 50 minutes of high-vibrational sound using crystal singing bowls and chimes. These instruments create layers of resonant tones that promote deep relaxation, energetic balance, and inner stillness.
Whether you're new to sound healing or returning for more, this experience invites you to reconnect, release, and realign.
Each note you hear in a sound bath has a purpose; there is intention behind every note and every sequence.
Give yourself that opportunity to fully rest and reset.
I'm trying a new location in Royal Palm Beach! I'll be renting space at the Cultural Center, so I kindly advise you to please arrive on time, since doors will close promptly at 6:45pm.
Bring your yoga mat, pillow(s), a blanket, an open heart, and your phone already on airplane more or no disturb.
